Michael J. Thompson

Michael Thompson is the founder and president of OneWay Ministries, an organization committed to reaching the lost and rallying the Church around the Great Commission.

Since 2000, OneWay has grown into a family of mission and media ministries impacting millions around the globe. OneWay’s work includes Prayercast, Mission Network News, OneWay Africa and more (visit owm.org).

Michael is also an accomplished pianist, worship leader and recording artist whose music has touched hearts around the globe. A graduate of the Wheaton College Conservatory, Michael has performed for churches and conferences worldwide. He has also served as a worship pastor in the local church for over 20 years.

Michael lives in Aurora, IL with his wife, Rachel. They have been married for 28 years and have eight children.
